Working Process :
Raw water pump
provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter.

get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, etc.

Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, etc.

Provide the high pressure to RO membrane ro.

Multimedium filter
This machine can remove heavy metal including mercury, lead, cadmium, zinc, iron, manganese, chromium, hydrogenate from the raw water. The filling material in this filter can be changed according the different quality raw water.
Active carbon filter
The filling material in this filter is nut shell activated carbon. It can absorb the small molecular weight organic compounds, the chloridion and heavy metal in the raw water. By this filter, the color and the mouth feel of the water will be improved.
Precision filter
PP precision filtering elements is filled in this equipment. This equipment is the last pre-filter before the reverse osmosis system. The function of this equipment: filter the impurity in the water which diameter is larger than 1 micron. By this machine, the service time of the reverse osmosis system can be extended more.
One grade osmosis reverse system
By the special high pressure pump, the water pressure will be increased to 6-20 kg. By the pressure, water will flow through the reverse osmosis film. There are many holes on the surface of the film which diameter is 0.0001 micron. Because of these small holes, chemical ion, bacteria, fungi and viruses can not go through, only water molecules which volume is smaller than 0.0001 micron.

Based on our experience, depending on your water consumption and water quality, we suggest that the reverse osmosis membrane is usually replaced once every one and a half to three years, and the pretreatment part is usually replaced every six months to one year, which can be judged by the amount of water output and the TDS value of the water
