Electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump is a diaphragm pump whose diaphragm is driven by electromagnet to realize periodic winding deformation. It is suitable for conveying liquid without solid particles with a temperature of-15℃ ~ 85℃ and a viscosity of 0.3m²/s ~ 200m²/s under the environmental conditions of atmospheric pressure of 86Kpa~106Kpa and temperature of 30%~95%RH. The flow rate can be infinitely adjusted within the range of 0-100%, the product is small in size, light in weight, easy to maintain without leakage, and has good cost performance.
Product control mode can be divided into manual control and automatic control, and automatic control is divided into analog signal control and digital signal control.
Remote start-stop control, analog signal regulation, digital signal regulation, RS485 interface communication, which can adapt to different power supply voltages of 100-240V and 50-60Hz.
The flow rate is 0.2-80L/h, the working pressure is 1-16bar, and the flow stability accuracy can be controlled within 1%.
